These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services of The Detail Guy, a DBA of Deep Green Cleaning LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using this website or requesting a service, you agree to these Terms.
We provide mobile auto, marine, RV, and aircraft detailing in Southwest Florida. Quote requests submitted through this website are requests only and do not create a binding agreement. Every job is priced personally by Jonathan after reviewing the vehicle or your photos. A service is confirmed only once we communicate a price and schedule with you directly.
Prices depend on the condition, size, and type of the vehicle or item and the services requested. Any estimate is not final until confirmed by us. We do not display fixed pricing on this website.
We will work with you to schedule your service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible so we can adjust. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety, or circumstances outside our control.
If you opt in, you may receive text messages from us about your quote, appointment, and service. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to opt in to receive text messages from us.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions disclosed or discoverable before service.
